Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn

Getting up at 3am to travel is not fun. It's only fun if it's for vacation, but going to NJ for a business day trip does not meet that criteria.

I'm not dreading going, I'm just tired. Flight is at 6:20 so I have to leave here about 4:45. I'll get home somewhere about 11:30 tonight. Good thing tomorrow is Friday as I'm going to be a walking zombie.

On the bright side, went to the OBGYN yesterday and my weight was down 5lbs from the last time, so he didn't yell at me. That's a good thing, so now the goal is to be down a good amount by my next appt.

Yawn

Wow...I'm tired....

It's 11 pm and I've already been asleep. What an exciting life I lead :P

Been a long, busy week at work. I work in accounting, and we were busy closing last month's activity. I got home and just layed and watched tv, fell asleep, and am now up watching tv again.

Been on program all week, almost weight in day. Waiting for it, but then it means my weekend is over....so I guess I'll try to enjoy the weekend and wait :)

Make it stop

You ever have a day where you just want to scream out to no one in particular "Make it stop!!" ? That's just how I feel this morning, about a whole mess of things. We may get snow today....which I am NOT looking forward to. On top of that, I got my wonderful "friend" this morning and have killer cramps right now. I have also been yo-yo'ing the same 10 lb weight loss for like 6 months. I know it has to do with my commitment, so I decided to give this blog another try. Deleted the old one and decided it was time for a fresh start.

You can call me L....I began my journey with WW in May of 2005 at a weight of 304. I had a great 8 months on the program and lost over 30 lbs. Then I got hung up around the holidays and never really could get back on plan. I tried again this past March when I decided that I would not put back on all the weight I had originally lost. At that time I weighed 287.4, I had still kept off about half the original weight I lost.

As of yesterday I have lost an additional 11.6 lbs since March (been a lot of on/off plan moments). I know it works and I just need to commit to it, so a new day, a new mentality. I have been extremely motivated by my friend Tessa over at *Mean Girls Need Not Apply*.

It's time to make the yo-yo roller coaster stop over in my lil corner.....
